The State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill is currently conducting a search for a new president.
According to guidelines established by the SUNY Board of Trustees, the search began with the formation of a search committee composed of six full time faculty members elected from among the ranks, one alumni representative, one student representative, one representative of the professional/support staff, one academic dean, one member of the college foundation board, one member of the college alumni association board, and four members of the College Council. The committee is charged with producing a position description for the new president. It is anticipated that a draft of that position description will be available on this web page for review and commentary from October 18 to October 24.
Publication of a finalized position description and advertisement for candidates is expected to commence on or about October 2, 2006.
