The International Club is an educational and social organization that assists students to learn and appreciate various ethnic cultures. We welcome and celebrate diversity, and while all students are invited to join, we are especially interested in international students. The club serves as a vehicle for international and American students to get to know each other. The club also serves to meet the unique needs of international students.
The club orchestrates many activities which enrich the college experience for international as well as American students. In recent years, club members have cooked international dinners, taken camping and hiking trips, heard presentations on different cultures, viewed foreign films, eaten at different ethnic restaurants, participated in conferences, engaged in fund raising activities, and traveled to Montreal, Boston, New York City, Ottawa and Toronto.
Meetings generally occur the first and third week of every month of the semester.
