Knowledge Base

Information Technology’s Knowledge Base is a collection of articles and helpful tips to empower SUNY Cobleskill faculty, staff and students to become self-sufficient computer users.   This collection is available online to all users and allows ITS to keep information current, while allowing individual users to pick and choose articles related to their needs.  Certain articles needed for quick access can be printed and stored close to the computer. 

Articles can be browsed by keyword, subject, or recent editions, although the easiest search option is to type in your question, and click GO.

From the Cobleskill home page, click Faculty & Staff,
click Knowledge Base

From the ITS webpage, click Knowledge Base

(Users accessing the Knowledge Base from off-campus will need to use a VPN connection)
