Final Exam Information

IMPORTANT - READ THE INFORMATION ON THIS PAGE BEFORE VIEWING THE FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE

The final examination period for the spring 2005 semester has been scheduled for May 9 through 13, 2005.

Contact your instructor if you are unsure whether they will be offering a final exam.

If you have any questions or concerns about your final exam schedule, stop by the Registrar's Office in Knapp Hall, room 101, or call us at (518)255-5522.

Conflict Exam Instructions

Students who have final examinations at the same time period on the same day or who have more than two (2) examinations on one day are permitted to rearrange one or more of their examinations.

Tuesday, May 10 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm and
Wednesday, May 11 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm

Are scheduled as conflict exam nights for the taking of rescheduled exams in Warner Hall, room 120.

If you need to reschedule an exam for a conflict night, you must come to the Registrar's Office by Wednesday, May 4, 2005 to reschedule the exam.

! ! ! IMPORTANT NOTE IN REGARD TO FINAL GRADES! ! !

Final grades will not be mailed to students at their permanent address. They will be available on-line using the Banner Web system. Grades will be available beginning Wednesday, June 2 at 8:00 a.m.
How to view your final grades:

  1. Log on to www.cobleskill.edu
  2. Click on Current Students
  3. Click on Web Registration Access
  4. Click on Enter Secure Area
  5. Click on Student Services
  6. Enter your Id number (your Cobleskill ID number that starts with "8") and your PIN. If you have not already changed your PIN, you will be asked to do so now.
  7. Choose a new six-digit number for your PIN, then re-enter this new PIN. Follow the instructions on the screen!
  8. On the Student Services screen, click on Student Records
  9. Click on Final Grades
  10. Choose the Term for which you wish to view grades then click Display Grades.
In order to keep your information secure, don't forget to click the Exit button in the upper right-hand corner and log-off completely.

If you do not have internet access, please contact the Registrar's Office at (518) 255-5522, and we will make arrangements to get a copy of your grades to you.

Reminder - You will not be able to view your final grades if you have any outstanding obligations to the College.
