If you are age 21 or older and have experienced either a significant break in your education or are pursuing a college degree for the first time, or you are a student with a child, then you are considered an adult learner. During the past academic year we had 657 adult students registered at SUNY Cobleskill. The staff on our campus strives to provide resources, information, and special events to help the adult learner succeed. Adult Student Study Center : The Adult Study Center offers students a quiet place to study, network, and eat their lunch.
Bulletin Boards are located near the sidewalk between the commuter parking lot and Route 7 and outside the Bouck Hall Lounge.
Commuter Student Association : The Commuter Student Association meets bi-monthly at noon in the Student Lounge in Bouck Hall. The purpose of this organization is to support, advise, mentor and more effectively communicate with commuter students and also to provide the opportunity for students to address common concerns. The Club also plans programs and activities each semester.

Internet Service (Mid-Tel) : SUNY Cobleskill's Internet Service Provider of choice is MIDTEL.NET. They can be reached at (518) 827-5211.
Lockers : Commuter Lockers are located in Bouck, Hodder and Warner Hall.
Lounges & Snack Bar : Student lounges are located in Bouck Hall, Hodder Hall Express Cafe and Warner Hall Express Cafe. These are places to go if you want to relax between classes and food is available in Hodder and Warner. Bouck Hall has refrigerator, microwave and computer access.
Meal Plans are offered by the Faculty Student Association, as well as COBY Cash, the campus debit card system.
Parking : The Commuter Parking Lot is Parking Lot "C" located off of Route 7. Parking permits can be obtained at the University Police Office on Route 7.
University Police : If you cannot start your car, the University Police now have a Battery Booster Pack at the University Police office.
