Professor Jack Ingels, Senior Landscape Development faculty member, presents student Ryan Wolfe with his New York State Nursery/Landscape Association scholarship check. Ryan's academic advisor, Professor James Bates, looks on. Ryan was also named the Outstanding Senior in Landscape Development at the SUNY Cobleskill Awards Convocation in April. Ryan is from Queensbury, and plans to return to SUNY Cobleskill to pursue a four year degree with a concentration in Landscape Contracting next fall.

Plant Science Professor Robert Emmons received national recognition recently when he received the Distinguished Service Award from the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) at their annual conference in Atlanta. The award is presented to an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the advancement of the golf course superintendent's profession. (Read More)
