Livestock Concentration Course Listing
The Animal Science - Livestock concentration is designed to offer students advanced skills in the area of general livestock production. This concentration focuses on meat animal production, management and marketing. Students entering the program will build on a strong background from a two-year program and previous applied experiences. Advanced course offerings will improve skills in a wide variety of meat animals such as cattle, hogs, sheep and goats. The program is for students interested in a career in the meat industry.
